I always thought the writer's for About were employees. However, they are all independent contractors who earn based on hits to their page. After you get started and build you site, they guarantee that for the first 2 years, you won't make less than $725 a month!

With my new mobile vending food service and doing ChaCha, I don't have the time to really pursue this as it does require you write two articles every 14 days and keep your blog going.
